Transition Slide to Theory of Adoption Truth #4 – Creative Attractor, Strong Value Proposition?. The Shared Conception Model goes a long way to aligning customer’s needs, the creative team’s passion, and managements willingness to fund creation of the solution.  But, strong solution is offered via an equally as strong business model. 
Under favorable conditions, the resulting creative team’s output will be a strong solution.  When coupled to complementary business model elements of packing, pricing, and delivery, the strong solution is said to be a Strong Value Proposition.
However, in order to get our change adopted, we will still need to address the business model elements of engagement, communication and promotion:
